Glen is an investigator, builder, author, architect, and educator from Seattle. His work has been published and featured in Routledge, the Architectural Association, The Urbanist, Real Change, South Seattle Emerald, Detail, d'architectures, Metropolis, Dezeen, ArchDaily, and numerous other publications throughout the world.

Within the built environment, Glen is a licensed architect and has contributed to projects throughout the world, ranging from remote public recreation cabins, homeless shelters, public universities, fire stations, parks, train halls, low income housing, semiconductor plants, diplomatic facilities and restaurants. He has co-taught multiple graduate architecture courses at the University of Washington.

Glen's work has won multiple awards and architectural competitions worldwide including with the United Nations.
